Yes, we invite dog owners to bring their dogs to stay at our hotel and have a selection of dog friendly rooms for you to choose from. To keep pets and guests happy, we do have a dog policy that we ask all dog owners to follow.
We have a limited number of dog friendly bedrooms within the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly in advance of arrival to ensure that we have a dog friendly room available if required. Charges apply.
Children are welcomed at Brockencote Hotel Hall. Children up to the age of 12 years can be accommodated in parents’ room on an extra bed at a cost of £25.00 per night, inclusive of breakfast.
No child residents under the age of 16 should be left alone in a bedroom. Your children remain the sole responsibility of you as guardian or parent.
A cot is available at no extra charge.
There are 5 rooms suitable for guests with disabilities. There is one bedroom which has been designed to be fully DDA compliant. This one bedroom has an en-suite which provides horizontal and vertical grab rails either side of the toilet, and horizontal and vertical grab rails around the shower/bath. Additionally, there are lever taps on the washbasin and bath and wider doors to enable wheelchair access. An emergency pull cord is located in the bathroom that activates an alarm at Reception when pulled.
All of these bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor and access is gained by a platform lift. Bedrooms and bathrooms are bright and evenly lit by overhead lighting; bedside lighting and a desk lamp. Bathrooms are lit with an overhead light and fluorescent light over the mirror. We are happy to provide additional light if required. Emergency escape procedures are in each bedroom. In the event of an emergency, our Management and operational team will designate a member of staff to assist guests with specific needs. This can be arranged on check-in. A vibrating pillow pad is available on request. Bedroom flooring is short pile carpet. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. All bathroom floors are tiled. Rubber anti-slip bath mats are provided in the bathrooms.
Fully flexible cancellation terms. Reservations can be cancelled or amended without charge up to 48hrs prior to arrival.
A credit or debit card will be required to secure the booking but will not be charged until your arrival at the hotel. In the event of a cancellation or amendment with less than 48 hours notice, the full balance will be due and payable using the payment method provided. Guests with confirmed reservations who do not fulfil their reservations will be considered as a non-arrival and will therefore be charged in full. A discretionary service charge of 7.5% will be added to your final account. It is company policy that 100% of this charge is passed directly and equally on to all our team, to ensure our teams are rewarded for their commitment.

We cater to your four legged friends every need and provide a five star service to our pawsome guests. All dogs receive a welcome letter, a dog bed, bowl, toy and chew.
