A Menu Designed with Love
“Collaborating with the chefs at Brockencote Hall, we crafted a menu that combined our favourite flavours with seasonal elements. From mouthwatering canapés that welcomed our guests to a delectable wedding breakfast that left them craving for more, every dish was a labour of love. Our wedding menu was a culinary journey of flavours, designed to delight and satisfy. Starting with a vibrant starter of Loch Fyne smoked salmon and Devonshire crab, accompanied by a poached quail egg and watercress mayonnaise, our guests were treated to a sumptuous beginning. The main course was nothing short of a gastronomic delight, with slow-braised lamb shoulder and lamb croquette, accompanied by roasted garlic mash and much more! For dessert, we indulged in a sweet symphony of flavours, Baileys and white chocolate cheesecake – it was a heavenly treat that left everyone wanting more. In a playful twist, we surprised our guests with an evening buffet inspired by Nando’s, our favourite spice-infused comfort food. The chicken burgers, wings, halloumi, and peri-salted fries were a hit, providing the perfect ending to a joyous day.”

In the end, Staci’s wedding was more than she could have ever imagined, and she owed it all to the dedication and talent of her amazing suppliers. “Remember, things don’t always go exactly as planned but it makes the day true and it really didn’t matter in the bigger picture, and everyone including ourselves had such fun, which for us was the point – Black tie glam with endless fun.”
With love in their hearts and memories to last a lifetime, Staci and her new husband Adam, embarked on their honeymoon to Morrocco on their new chapter as a newly married couple!
