Begin the evening with a selection of canapés before sitting down to Brockencote bread with whipped cultured butter.
The menu continues with Hasselback potato, smoked bacon and horseradish mousse, followed by home-cured Scottish smoked salmon with chive cream cheese, caviar and apple.
For the main course, enjoy venison loin Wellington with spinach, truffle mushrooms and elderberry jus, before Cornish Yarg with caramelised red onion ice cream and pickled grapes. To finish, guests will enjoy buttermilk panna cotta with clementine sorbet and ginger, followed by cranachan, coffee and petits fours.
