These menus are designed for parties and everyone must have the same menu with the exception of  our menu called "FM.50" as this offers a choice.

Your event will be tailor made for the occasion and we will personally oversee the arrangements to ensure your function with us runs as smoothly as possible.

• All main courses are served with fresh seasonal vegetables.
• One week's notice of menu choice is required.
• Where the menus are within the same price range courses can be interchanged.
• Final numbers must be advised 48 hours before the event and will be the amount charged for, irrespective of whether attending numbers drop below the advised figure.
• Some dishes are subject to seasonal availablity and may be substituted by equivilant produce.
• Special dietary requirements will be catered for separately with  prior notice.
• The hotel can provide name cards if required, a table plan is required 48 hours before the event.
• Canapes- selction served with aperitif: £2.00 per person

• Kir - a touch of blackcurrant liquor with dry white wine
• Kir au peche - peach liquor with dry white wine

• Mulled Wine
• Fruit Juice
• A limited open bar
• Or we can serve the wine you have chosen to drink with the meal as an aperitif as well
• Some wines may have to be substituted with another type of equally high quality depending on availability
