Brockencote Hall is a champion of food excellence, introducing our customers to some of the finest artisan producers in Worcestershire and the bountiful countryside beyond.
Chef Tim describes his cooking as 'free flowing and natural, concentrating on delivering the best flavour possible'. Seasonal cooking really excites him, as does using the freshest possible ingredients he can get his hands on.
