Private Meals

 Since  we first opened in 1986 we have established ourselves as one of the best places in Worcestershire in which to hold your private parties. We can cater from a small intimate party of 10 up to a larger group of 80 guests. Brockencote Hall provided the perfect setting for those important occasions and we are here to take the stress out of every part of the organisation and running of events such as these. Our Spacious  private rooms provide an elegant setting , and in good weather our lawns overlooking the lake and the parkland are the perfsct place to sip your Champagne or Pimms.

We are able to hold many private functions  as exclusive use events  which adds to the enjoyment of the occasion and makes Brockencote seem just like your own. The minimum number  for exclusive use would be 50.  

Our tariff for exclusive use includes  use of the main house and the garden from 3pm through to 11 am the following morning. All 17 bedrooms  with full English breakfast are included in the price. The tariff for exclusive use is as follows:

These menus are designed for parties and everyone must have the same menu with the exception of  our menu called "FM.10" as this offers a choice.

Your event will be tailor made for the occasion and we will personally oversee the arrangements to ensure your function with us runs as smoothly as possible.

• All main courses are served with  Fresh vegetables as part of the dish
• One week's notice of menu choice is required.
• Final numbers must be advised 48 hours before the event and will be the amount charged for, irrespective of whether attending numbers drop below the advised figure.
• Some dishes are subject to seasonal availablity and may be substituted by equivilant produce.
• Special dietary requirements will be catered for separately with  prior notice.
• The hotel can provide name cards if required, a table plan is required 48 hours before the event.
• Canapes- selction served with aperitif: from £1.00 per canape

• Kir - a touch of blackcurrant liquor with dry white wine
• Kir au peche - peach liquor with dry white wine
• Kir au framboise - raspberry liquor with dry white wine
• A glass of chilled sparkling wine
• A glass of chilled Champagne, Bucks Fizz or Kir Royal
• Mulled Wine
• Fruit Juice
• A limited open bar
• Or we can serve the wine you have chosen to drink with the meal as an aperitif as well
• Some wines may have to be substituted with another type of equally high quality depending on availability
• Some vintages may change without notice
